Bakelicious Ltd and any of its group companies in the Republic of Ireland (collectively known as the "Bakelicious" or "us") have created a website and applications (the “Websites and Apps”) for your personal entertainment, information and communication.

Either of us may terminate the licence at any time immediately with or without notice and on such termination you must destroy all materials including (but not limited to) the Software obtained from the Website and Apps and all copies. Further to the above, depending on how you log on and register in order to submit your communication, your Facebook profile name, Google user name, email user name or any other use name (but not your email address) may be included with any publication or re-publication of the contents of your communication.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from us, Bakelicious Ltd
We are committed to total customer care and take pride in all our products which are made at our bakery. All our cakes are made to order and freshly baked and decorated and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are of an unsatisfactory quality or if you have received the incorrect item. Please amke sure you are happy with the product and presentation before you leave the shop. If you feel that something is unsatisfactory and a return may be warranted then please feel free to contact us in-store as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you and will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Full payment for orders is required when booking. This can be done through our secure online payments system.
A minimum notice period is required for all orders. Each product online will have a minimum date for availability.
We aim to have your order ready for the day chosen by you for delivery or collection from our address at Bakelicious, BBQ Centre, Old Bray Rd, Shankill, Co Dublin. However if any delays occur we will notify you as early as possible.
During peak times our availability dates may change.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products from us are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit or debit card you present to us.
For custom cake orders please email us any design ideas, colour schemes etc to info@bakelicious.ie. Any cake ordered from a picture from another cake maker can only be used as inspiration and your order will not be an exact replica of the cake. However we will try our best to reach the desired finish and look of your chosen cake.
Please be aware that different products will have different minimum order dates.
When collecting your order please make sure you hold the box from underneath to avoid damage to sides of your cake. Please travel with your order on a flat and stable surface preferably in the boot or in the footwell of the car.
Please note that once your order has been collected or delivered to you, Bakelicious is no longer liable and will no longer accept any responsibility for any damages or accidents caused to order involving the product supplied.
Prices on our website include VAT at the appropriate rate.
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 2 hours of placing an order as any stock required to complete your order may be purchased after this point.
Bakelicious will endeavour to deal with your complaint within 24 hours. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the same form as payment was made and will be provided within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued in line with Consumer rights policies and will not apply to custom cake orders.
To obtain a refund you will be required to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived. For quality control purposes food items need to returned so that we can examine the nature of the complaint and address it appropriately.
Failure to present the food item(s) back to Bakelicious may hamper your ability to receive a refund.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information supplied is correct at the time of going to press.
By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale Bakelicious have the right to revise these terms and conditions including prices at any time.
We also have the right to decline service to any individual customer.
